With degrees in environmental science and sustainable urban design, Manon has more than 15 years of experience in planning and design to the projects she works on. She focuses on efforts where constraints become catalysts for iteration, innovation, and a strong sense of identity in the design process. Her strength lies in her ability to integrate mobility, biodiversity, seasonal programming, and climate resilience into clear, inclusive design concepts.
Across a career spanning Copenhagen, New York City, and Montreal, Manon has led several large-scale planning and design projects including Google campus developments. Since returning to Canada in 2020, she has worked on complex projects such as the redevelopment of McGill College Avenue in the heart of Montréal, the Toronto Zoo master plan, and the revitalization of the National Film Board of Canada campus.
Driven by a passion for creating sustainable, inclusive environments that respond to their unique context, Manon is committed to designing places that are thoughtful, coherent, and unique. She grounds her work in a thoughtful understanding of site-specific challenges and a continuous dialogue with the people who use, shape, and maintain these spaces.
When she isn’t working on new projects, Manon enjoys spending time with her twins, inspired by their natural bond and endless curiosity about the world around them.
