Amber is a senior water resources engineer and team lead of the water resources group in our Markham office. With over 15 years of experience, she’s applied her expertise to land development projects from initial planning and large-scale studies in support of secondary plans, through to detailed design and final assumption.
Amber sees each project as a challenge—there’s always an opportunity to create comprehensive solutions unique to the project needs. Through problem solving, hard work, and effective collaboration with the design team, her focus is the creative integration of stormwater management (including low impact development and green infrastructure features) within the landscape of each project.
Outside of work, Amber brings the same focus and drive to other areas of her life. For example, she set her mind on running a marathon and completed her first race in Toronto where she managed to qualify for the Boston Marathon, which was her next accomplishment. On the weekend, you might find Amber spending time outdoors with her kids, gardening, biking, or walking in their Toronto neighborhood.
