Haeoak’s dedication to planning healthcare facilities stems from a simple question: how can we design buildings that succeed long after completion? To answer this question, she draws on nearly three decades in the industry and applies her expertise to projects ranging from small-scale renovations to complex new builds.
Focused on enhancing each building’s operational efficiency and future flexibility, Haeoak prioritizes creating safe, inclusive spaces for patients, families, and employees. One of her most memorable projects involved working on the flagship Houston Methodist Walter and Centennial Tower in the Texas Medical Center. She was involved in the post occupancy surveys of the Walter Tower that helped planning of second Centennial Tower.
Away from designing comprehensive healthcare projects, Haeoak enjoys traveling or camping and getting away in nature. On weekends, she likes to relax with meditation, yoga, and cooking.
