Rico is proud that his role as an engineer contributes to providing one of humanity’s greatest needs to communities—water. As a leader in our Water group, Rico’s team of water, wastewater, and stormwater engineers provides a diverse range of skills executing local, national, and international projects.
Known by colleagues and clients for delivering fast and effective pipeline renewal projects, Rico also keeps projects on track by making sure he and his team fully understand the design and contract requirements. An especially memorable project for Rico was his role in the design of two water treatment facilities that filled an urgent need when drinking water supplies in Havelock became at risk to contamination. The Frimley Park and Eastbourne water treatment plants provided a long-term solution and “future-proofing” for a dependable and efficient water supply, bringing peace of mind to the communities.
After work, Rico enjoys playing football, running, and supporting the UK Brighton Seagull football team.
