As a martial arts teacher for 600 students and with more than 40 years at Stantec, Brian is no stranger to building a team on its strengths. His philosophy? “You are only as good as your team.” The foundation of any team for Brian is trust, and to build trust you need to communicate. Brian keeps in close contact with his clients, shareholders, contractors, and coworkers—believing in face-to-face contact as the most successful form.
His ability to bring the best out of his team has brought great success to his projects—most notably at the Harbour Landing subdivision in Regina. There, Brian appreciated the opportunity to help build this community with Dream Developments. From planning to construction, he was involved in every step. The result? A beautiful, family-focused environment.
Brian loves the people, clients, and the work he does every day. As the Urban Land Engineering group’s team lead, he focuses on community development, but he’s also worked on municipal, transportation, and industrial projects across Western Canada.
