As a civil engineer-in-training with our Transit and Rail team, Elista helps plan, design, and improve transportation systems. She tackles complex challenges with technical insight and helps teams move transportation infrastructure projects from an idea to reality.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients, Elista supports many different transportation projects. Contributing to track design, rail and transit planning, funding applications, project management, and construction oversight, she helps teams make informed decisions to keep projects moving forward. She has also contributed to feasibility studies, Federal Railroad Administration Corridor Identification programs, and federal grant applications.
When she’s not working on transportation projects, Elista enjoys traveling with family and supporting the Buffalo Bills.
