At an early age, Bhavana (BJ) was inspired by her civil engineer father to follow in his footsteps. He encouraged her to become an architect where she could lead both design and construction. As a lead architect, she applies more than three decades of experience to mission-critical, healthcare, civic, education, and public assembly projects.
Bringing passion and precision to every endeavor, BJ leads multidisciplinary teams in all phases of complex project delivery. One of her most memorable projects involved a unique and highly technical project. She coordinated the design of a control center and data center that required electromagnetic pulse protection and specialized design solutions for resilience and security of critical infrastructure.
Away from managing complex projects, BJ enjoys the practice of breathwork with meditation and yoga, which helps her recharge and stay balanced. You can also find her watching Indian cinema for its beautiful scenery, vibrant costumes, captivating music, and the way it explores different aspects of the human experience.
