Solving complex water problems drives Chip. Whether it’s long-range water planning, floodplain management, environmental evaluations, or stormwater master plans, his versatile approach to creating fit-for-purpose solutions helps safeguard valuable community resources. With experience in a broad range of water resource investigations, Chip has led teams in the use of water supply, hydrology, and floodplain management computer modeling to solve clients’ problems.
A true advocate for access to clean water, Chip spends his time leading Vision Trust’s Water Working Group which solves global water supply and treatment issues in countries including Haiti, India, and Liberia.
He also volunteers with—and is on the board of—Professionals to the World, which brings professionals from a wide range of backgrounds (engineering, business, communications, education) into universities in Honduras to host seminars, encourage students, and promote strong values.
