In guiding transportation projects from design through construction, Vince applies his public and private sector experience that includes more than 30 years at the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT). Skilled in quality assurance and control of plans, specifications, and contract documents, budget management, and construction administration, he enjoys mentoring emerging engineers and sharing practical field knowledge.
A recent project highlight for Vince is his work on a roadway reconstruction project, addressing drainage and right‑of‑way challenges through close coordination with the county, NMDOT, and local property owners. He partners with clients to secure funding, advocates in New Mexico Finance Authority and NMDOT meetings, and supports public engagement so communities have a voice.
When he isn’t managing transportation projects and working with clients, Vince enjoys spending time with his grandson and family, being active in his church, and getting regular exercise.
