With over 15 years of professional experience, Sophia has led compliance audits under the corporate social responsibility (CSR), Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism, quality management system, and environmental management system. She’s familiar with Responsible Business Alliance, ICTI Ethical Toy Program, Social & Labor Convergence Program, Higg Index, Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production, and client’s CSR audit requirements, and she’s led more than 100 CSR projects. She has extensive experience with program management, CSR consulting, and tailor-made audit tools for the manufacturing and audit organization sectors.
Sophia is also experienced in CSR audit execution, program design, and solution delivery. She has demonstrated strong abilities to identify and troubleshoot critical issues about CSR and to provide highly-rated client service in quick-turnaround settings. On one project, where a factory often transported their products to one island, Sophia tailor-made an audit protocol to include prison workers from the island as a local workforce.
