Following in the footsteps of his grandfather who was a municipal engineer, John is a professional engineer and project manager. Working on our Midwest private land development team, he brings multidisciplinary teams together to provide full-service design for land development clients in the multifamily, commercial, industrial, government, and renewables sectors.
John is skilled at delivering complex projects that incorporate a diverse array of technical challenges. In particular, he’s adept at redevelopment, especially in dense urban districts and on environmentally challenging sites. His ability to see the big picture and how project details act as levers to adjust or interfere with the overall project allows him to drive project success—whether it’s scope, schedule, budget or all of these.
When John’s not providing clients with high-quality project outcomes, he loves to spend time hiking or relaxing around the campfire with his wife, son, and dogs. He also enjoys watching and discussing baseball with anyone who will listen.
