Bill supports remediation and compliance projects for federal agencies and private industrial clients. He delivers practical technical and project management solutions for complex environmental challenges in the United States and across South America, Europe, and Indonesia. He’s led remedial investigations and helped select, design, and implement cleanup approaches at industrial and federal sites in various countries.
Drawing on his more than 25 years in the industry, Bill brings strong technical experience to evaluating emerging technologies and planning pilot studies. He prepares and reviews sampling and monitoring plans, erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, records of decision, site assessments, and remedial action plans. He values this work because effective remediation supports compliance, reduces risk, and protects environmental resources.
Outside of work, and when not focused on his three kids, Bill enjoys hiking waterfalls in New York and Pennsylvania, exploring kitschy landmarks, and photography.
