His expertise spans campus master plans, medical and innovation district plans, site studies, space analyses, and capital prioritization strategies. He specializes in helping colleges and universities align their missions and institutional priorities with thoughtful, data-informed plans that supports long-term success in resource-constrained environments.
Over the course of his career, Philip has contributed to more than 100 campus planning efforts across the United States and internationally. He is deeply committed to client service and values a collaborative, partnership-driven approach, working closely with institutions to translate vision into actionable outcomes.
