He leads multidisciplinary teams and works closely with clients to bring their ambitions to life. His collaborative leadership style, deep understanding of the urban infrastructure sector, and ability to build strong partnerships enable him to successfully deliver complex projects while fostering technical excellence, innovation, and the growth of our people.
With more than 30 years of experience in the planning, design, and delivery of major infrastructure projects, Marc has contributed to large-scale projects across North America. This includes work at multiple international airports as well as supporting various design and construction oversight assignments for the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI). These experiences have shaped his belief that successful projects are built on strong collaboration, a shared vision, and trusted partnerships.
Outside of work, Marc is an avid athlete and musician. He also places great importance on community involvement, which he views as a natural extension of both his personal and professional journey.
