Gianna has built a reputation for delivering successful projects, integrating design, driving sustainability, and leading innovation. As a principal architect and program manager, she focuses on clients and leads her team in developing retail, industrial, and commercial projects across North America.
Gianna is actively involved in improving opportunities for minorities and women in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. She has also mentored many candidates through the architecture exam and licensure process. In 2026, the American Institute of Architects recognized her achievements in the field of architecture and society by elevating her to the AIA College of Fellows.
Away from the professional world, Gianna has a wide range of interests including jewelry design, painting, cycling, gardening, and hopes to one day find time to write a novel or two. Her philosophy about life is to embrace change, welcome continual learning, and ultimately leave this world better than she found it.
