Rick was originally brought in to work with a core team that would replace our enterprise back office systems with Oracle and provide business intelligence reporting and dashboards. Fourteen years later, he oversees all of our corporate business applications.
Rick works closely with leadership to identify business improvement opportunities. He also manages development and support for all of our enterprise business applications, and his team plays a key role in integrating acquisitions.
A problem solver, Rick is drawn to the challenges of a growing company. With our wide variety of business practices, lines, and sectors, as well as the needs of new acquisitions, Rick is never short of collaborative projects that search for gaps to fill, integrating new systems and building up new functionality. Rick is looking forward to transforming our systems to support global operations with the acquisition of MWH Global.
When he isn’t at work, Rick might be spending time with the family, golfing, or playing baseball with the Feisty Dodgers. He’s a regular traveler and enjoys spending time in Phoenix and Disneyworld.
