Pascal has 21 years of experience in project management, planning, designing, and providing construction administration services for complex infrastructure projects. The managing leader for our Water team in Ottawa, Ontario, he’s passionate about helping our people and our clients make a difference in their communities.
Often managing over 100 project team members, Pascal has held project management roles on multiple large-scale infrastructure projects and held a front seat to many advances in the water sector. His experience includes serving as the subconsultant manager and overall civil lead for a one of the largest tunneling project in Ottawa and being the overall project manager for a large trunk sewer tunneling detailed design project for the Region of Peel.
Pascal loves the outdoors, and he’s an avid hiker and paddler. His competitive dragon boat team successfully placed in the Canadian Nationals in 2019, and he’ll be competing at the World Championships in 2020.
