Diego is a corporate sustainability analyst. So, while we help our clients achieve greater sustainability in their projects, Diego works in-house gathering, verifying, analyzing, and reporting on our own Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics. He collaborates with internal stakeholders to quantify ESG metrics, which are the foundation of our annual Sustainability Report with the overarching intent of improving our sustainability program performance.
In other words, he helps us walk the talk. Diego believes, as global leaders within the architecture, engineering and design space, we have the responsibility to continually improve ESG performance. To provide reliable, valuable information to build on, he co-authors the annual Sustainability Report which takes into account every single aspect of company operations and boils the details down into a 100-plus page report.
Outside of work, Diego is passionate about his community, Gunnison, Colorado, where he doesn’t just live—he is the Mayor! When he’s not working to achieve a sustainable and equitable community, he enjoys the surrounding public lands, trail running, mountain biking, or skiing in the winters.
