With over 20 years of experience in strategic and statutory planning, Joanne has extensive knowledge of the planning scheme amendment process and represents clients at development hearing panels. She prepares urban and rural subdivision applications, undertaking research and providing advice for appeals in planning disputes.
Joanne advises clients on new developments as well as redeveloping areas and on planning issues for a diverse array of projects, including new suburbs, transportation links, industrial estates, retail complexes, and housing developments.
Outside of work, Joanne volunteers at her local football club and enjoys watching her sons’ matches.
