An emerging transit leader in Toronto, Ontario, Brian has been involved in a wide variety of transit-related projects. With a strong background in business and engineering, he implements his unique skillset and open-minded approach when taking on new assignments. Talented, versatile, and with a flair for innovation, Brian has contributed in many different capacities and always considers the big picture implications of his work.
Brian’s experience ranges from financial plans to marketing strategies, feasibility studies to implementation support, and from conventional transit analyses to specialized transit (paratransit) analyses. While his primary focus is in public transit and urban mobility, he has also worked in the infrastructure, freight, buildings, oil and gas, and international development sectors.
Brian is an active member and former president of the Engineers Without Borders (EWB) Toronto Professional Chapter, having participated in an overseas fellowship in Zambia from October 2015 to March 2016.
A self-professed “extreme weather runner,” Brian can usually be found on the Belt Line Trail during his spare time, training for his next marathon.
