As a senior associate project manager in our Environmental Services group, Carrie has more than 20 years of experience in both regulatory and consulting roles, including experience in multiple states and the United Kingdom.
Carrie specializes in brownfield grant writing and helping municipal clients revitalize abandoned, vacant, and underutilized property. She has written grants and managed brownfield projects for communities throughout Oregon, from Ontario to Astoria and south to Klamath Falls, and has two projects in Colorado under her belt. Applying her skills in brownfield revitalization to a diverse set of projects from the rural Salmonberry Corridor rail-to-trail to downtown revitalization, along the way Carrie has discovered a passion for working in rural communities.
In her spare time, Carrie can be found along with many other Portland metro folks hiking and backpacking in the Goat Rocks Wilderness and training for her next marathon.
