She aligns multidisciplinary project teams, navigates challenges, and delivers technical and commercial outcomes with strong engagement.
Gayathri has global experience managing and delivering medium- to large-scale energy and environmental projects across geographies. Currently, she manages several of our dams, hydro, and power delivery projects. She works closely with key clients, engineering teams, and other parties, supporting a smooth flow of project execution and delivery.
Away from work, Gayathri loves the outdoors. She spends many of her weekends hiking or exploring the Pacific Northwest with her family.
