Nicole manages the development of programs for crucial water infrastructure projects. She has been involved in the planning and delivery of mobilization of five programs in the last eight years and supported various projects with strategic planning, process development, and workshop facilitation.
Working with teams to understand complex challenges, Nicole helps develop actionable plans to find resolutions and reach consensus. She has experience in business processes, strategic planning, business operations, and program management.
Through her work within major programs, Nicole has a thorough understanding of municipal project management. She has assessed existing municipal processes to provide recommendations for organizational and process changes, resulting in improvements to consistency, quality, and transparency of the project management and procurement processes.
When she isn’t helping with the development of crucial water infrastructure projects, Nicole enjoys traveling, running, and planning and designing home projects.
