With more than a decade of experience across the UK, Elliot is an experienced transportation planner and project manager. He helps deliver projects ranging from local schemes through to large, strategic programs for local authorities and national bodies.
Elliot enjoys helping shape practical, sustainable transportation schemes that improve everyday journeys and create better places for people. His work reflects this focus as he draws on experience in transportation appraisal, scheme development, engagement, and business case preparation. He has led and managed elements of major programs including the Glasgow Citywide 20 mph Speed Limit Implementation Scheme and the South East Edinburgh Sustainable Transport Corridors study, overseeing design development and multidisciplinary team coordination.
Outside of work, Elliot enjoys spending time with his daughter, cycling or hillwalking, and travelling when he can. He’s also a keen football fan and enjoys gaming to unwind.
