A planning associate with our Reading town planning team, Rebecca has over 12 years of experience in advising a range of clients including housebuilders, landowners, investors, developers, and public sector clients across a variety of development projects in London and the South East. She regularly advises on large-scale, mixed-use urban regeneration schemes within the residential, commercial, industrial, and retail sectors.
Commercially minded, Rebecca revels in building client relationships. In particular, she specializes in providing succinct advice on the prospects of securing planning permission through creating planning strategies and leads key negotiations with local planning authorities.
Rebecca is a committee member of the Women@Stantec Employee Resource Group, which is dedicated to helping women build confidence and grow their careers.
When she isn’t working on mixed-use urban regeneration schemes, Rebecca enjoys exploring new places and foods through travel as well as spending time with her family.
