Omar is an associate in our Philadelphia office working with the local community development group to design and manage projects. He brings years of experience spanning engineering design, project management, construction management, and subdivision design.
Working almost exclusively with the city of Philadelphia, Omar has become an expert on dealing with city agencies and getting projects permitted and built. His experience includes land development design, site layout, zoning analysis, surface water management, and street and highway occupancy permitting. Omar has also worked extensively with hydrologic and hydraulic design, mathematical computer modeling, and information management. To top it off, he’s also a member of his local neighborhood association and Urban Land Institute, which gives him a unique perspective on the engineering needs of the city.
