As a senior account manager, Tennile has over 20 years of experience in project and program management of infrastructure projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. She’s experienced managing multi-million-dollar contracts supporting environmental services and civil site design.
Tennile’s successful project outcomes are a result of her collaboration with internal and external team members and agency representatives. Her favorite part of every project she works on is identifying a challenge and working as a team with the client to identify a solution that achieves the client’s commitments and project’s goals. Tennile loves that her career path has given her the opportunity to work with different teams across the country and constantly continue learning.
In her personal time, Tennile enjoys running recreationally. She’s run the Baltimore Marathon Relay twice and hopes to complete all four legs at some point. Tennile also enjoys knitting—especially making hats for family and friends.
