With more than two decades of experience, Josh knows exactly how to restore a heavily degraded ecosystem back to a stable and highly functioning community. Working out of our Williamsburg office, he leads the Technical Carbon Team (TCT), and is the US Technical Lead for Stantec's Ecosystem Restoration Program.
Using techniques from his educational background in hydrology, water quality, and soil science, along with applied training Josh expertly completes stream restoration projects. He works with clients to help them reach their project goals and objectives and takes the time to understand what they’re really trying to achieve—he follows his projects through construction, monitoring progress and learning along the way. You’ll see Josh throughout your project because he believes that the only way to produce the best outcome is to be along for every step—and to get your hands dirty.
Outside of restoring streams, Josh loves spending time outdoors and with his family.
