Ray works with our water business team to develop digital solutions for complex problems. He serves as a trusted advisor, working with clients to understand their needs, clearly define the work, and deliver.
Ray’s background includes engineering, geographic information systems, and application development. This varied background is a major benefit to our clients—they know they’re working with someone with a broader and deeper perspective on creating useful digital solutions for agencies and utilities. One of Ray’s most rewarding projects was a cloud-based data platform for the City of Atlanta.
When he’s not in the office, Ray enjoys spending time with family and friends. When weather is good, he likes getting outside to run, bike, paddle, or hike. Although recently Ray has been picking up the guitar, don’t look for him on a stage anytime soon.
