Jennifer is a project management professional with experience across water resources, hydrogeology, project delivery, portfolio leadership and business transformation. Her career began in hydrogeology, supporting Water Industry National Environment Programme (WINEP) investigations. She later moved into project and portfolio management within our Water team, overseeing various water resources projects and supporting complex programs.
Alongside her water sector experience, Jennifer has a strong interest in people and culture, including employee engagement, learning and development, knowledge sharing and people management transformation. Her philosophy is grounded in a love of people and a belief that positive change helps individuals and teams do their best work and get the best from their careers.
When she’s not busy bringing water projects to life, Jennifer enjoys looking after her allotment, running, and spending time with her two girls, who keep life busy, fun and grounded.
