With over 20 years as a planning professional in the public and private sectors, Vincent has significant experience delivering diverse development projects across the United Kingdom. Bringing his expertise in coordinating major residential, commercial, energy, industrial, and leisure schemes, he’s worked in all types of settings, from sensitive historic, rural, or green belt locations to complex urban environments.
Vincent is proud to have been part of the project team that planned, designed, and delivered RHS Garden Bridgewater in Salford. The Garden is part of a 10-year, £160 million (US$205 million) investment program that’s brought back to life the site of a former locally listed heritage asset. Reviving this 150 acre (61 hectares) site represents one of the largest contemporary gardening projects in Europe—creating a truly world-class horticultural visitor attraction and vibrant community resource.
Outside of work, Vincent is a keen cyclist and enjoys (most of the time) following his boyhood team Sheffield Wednesday! And his three children ensure that there are very few dull moments in his life.
