Senior Environmental Engineer
Victor specializes in water and wastewater treatment projects. As a senior environmental engineer, he leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions for municipal and industrial clients. His expertise includes water quality, process design, taste and odor challenges, facility optimization, and asset management.
Over the past decade, Victor has presented at regional and national conferences on topics including teamwork, emotional intelligence, and inclusion. He brings a people-centered approach to achieving successful project outcomes and fostering a strong workplace culture.
Outside of project work, Victor is passionate about building community—organizing networking opportunities, supporting team development, and mentoring future engineers and scientists. In his free time, He also enjoys cooking—often using food as a way to bring people together—along with staying active through hiking, biking, and paddleboarding.
