Tara is a long-standing contributor to Stantec’s healthcare practice, with a keen interest in healing environments. Working closely with the facility management, Tara designs with a desire to enhance the character and aesthetic. Over her 30 years of experience, she has developed an ability to seamlessly combine how a facility should perform with how it should look and feel, to create spaces that take into account the expectations of the end users.
As an extension to Tara’s attention to detail and knowledge of materials, she is a team player, having been involved in all stages of a project in a variety of challenging healthcare projects. Tara is no stranger to unique healthcare-related considerations, with experience designing sensitive environments for psychiatric and long-term care projects.
