With over 20 years of experience, Jeff believes sustainability is a core principle, both professionally and personally. He specializes in district energy systems, cold-climate design, and sustainable buildings.
Jeff collaborates closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams from planning through project completion, guiding the delivery of complex building and energy infrastructure projects. His experience spans campuses, healthcare facilities, laboratories, commercial developments, and federal projects. He’s designed and implemented advanced systems including geoexchange, river water cooling, wastewater energy transfer, thermal energy storage, combined heat and power, passive cooling, natural ventilation, heat recovery, and low-temperature district energy networks.
Combining expertise in master planning, design, building information modeling (BIM), contract administration, commissioning, and district energy, Jeff helps clients integrate systems, improve efficiency, and meet sustainability goals. He also regularly presents on district energy readiness and the decarbonization of cities and campuses.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys exploring communities, photographing architecture, and spending time with his family.
