He applies his background in industrial engineering to create sustainable, efficient, and economical solutions that inspire.
With over 13 years of experience, Sy is well versed at needs assessments, functional programming, facility master planning, equipment procurement, and detailed design. His demonstrated expertise includes work on projects spanning many sectors including public transit, mining, aerospace, military infrastructure, works yards, and manufacturing. He has demonstrated this approach on multiple large-scale industrial facilities including a fleet maintenance facility for the Department of National Defence and a new maintenance facility for Finning Canada.
Sy attributes his creativity to his earlier years where he attended a performing arts school majoring in music.
