Passionate about effective and alternative project delivery processes, Neelanjana focuses on growing the San Francisco Bay area practice and mentoring staff to reach their goals. Well-versed in alternative project delivery, she’s worked on integrated form of agreement (IFOA) and integrated project delivery (IPD) projects and is a strong proponent of lean design and delivery principles.
Neelanjana enjoys the macro and a micro aspect of the architectural design and construction process. She believes that the design of healthcare spaces must evolve with empathy, innovation, and a deep understanding of human needs. Team culture must be nourished through collaboration, recognition of contributions, promotion of work-life balance, and advocacy of team growth.
Away from the office, Neelanjana loves finding peaceful spaces where she can listen to a good podcast, go for a run, or do ceramics. She also loves to travel with her two sons and her husband.
