Dallas uses her knowledge of water infrastructure funding and finance programs, federal compliance requirements, and project and program management to identify solutions and address client challenges. As a funding specialist, she works in various capacities including policy and process development, compliance and funding assistance, operations, marketing, communications, and business development.
Prior to joining us, Dallas worked for nearly a decade on water funding programs at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Specifically, she was involved with the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) programs.
When not supporting clients in building community projects, Dallas enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, two children, and golden retriever named Betty.
