He is a power, hydroelectric power, and wind specialist with skills in management, design, evaluation, procurement, construction management, and commissioning. For these complex projects, he develops innovative and reliable solutions for renewable power.
He is proud that the power projects he has worked on support communities and industries enabling both growth and sustainability. Some of these projects include the Smoky Falls Dam and the Magpie, Big Eddy, and Nairn dams in Ontario. He also contributed his skills and knowledge to the award-winning Henvey Inlet Wind Farm and Saint Lawrence Seaway Welland Canal 2MW projects. Some international projects include hydropower projects in Chamera, India, and Chulaborn, Thailand.
Typically, his projects are multi-stakeholder, often involving public and private investment. He values doing work with transparency and says it’s important to do it right consistently, considering safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
