With over 33 years' experience in the water industry, Roger has worked on projects across the globe—projects that predominantly involve investigation, design, and construction of sewage treatment plants (STPs), as well as stormwater drainage, water supply, and sewerage trunk infrastructure.
Roger has led teams of modelers and designers for STPs, pump station, and pipeline design, and catchment modeling studies for key clients in Australia, England, Scotland, Wales, Oman, Ajman, and New Zealand. He uses his extensive construction supervision experience to incorporate constructability in the design process, enhance innovation, and mentor our young engineers.
In his leisure time, Roger enjoys motorcycling and on-the-water hobbies such as fishing and boating.
