Working with our Water team, Elaine is responsible for environmental consultancy and flood management portfolios. She’s a chartered engineer and has worked on an extensive range of projects, with a design focus on the delivery of linear infrastructure within environmentally constrained areas.
Elaine has been responsible for the delivery of numerous water services projects, including water conservation and leakage reduction programs, upgrades to existing water treatment plants and development of new plants on greenfield sites across the country. She has also collaborated on pipeline replacement and rehabilitation projects and developed national guidance documents for leakage reduction.
In her current role working with the environment and flooding teams, Elaine is responsible for environmental and engineering deliverables on a number of major flood relief scheme projects united by the same goal: protecting communities, homes, and businesses in the communities where we live, work, and play.
