With a background as a water resources engineer, Kari has built her career helping organizations navigate complex decisions around water supply, flood management, environmental resources, and long-term resiliency. She is known for connecting people, ideas, and expertise to deliver practical solutions that create lasting value for communities and the environment.
Kari leads our Water group, guiding strategy, growth, and operations across North America. With more than three decades of experience in the industry, she works with clients, communities, and multidisciplinary teams to address some of today's most pressing water challenges, from resilience and resource management to future-ready infrastructure and environmental stewardship.
Passionate about advancing the water engineering profession, Kari is an advocate for developing future leaders and expanding opportunities for women and underrepresented professionals in the industry. She serves as a trustee of the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) Foundation and is active in a variety of professional and community organizations.
