With over 15 years of experience as an architect, Gustavo has honed his skills while working on diverse projects spanning all stages. Throughout his career, he has contributed to initiatives across the United Kingdom and overseas, focusing on residential, mixed-use and high-rise residential, industrial, and education sectors and collaborating with prominent clients and developers.
Gustavo’s experience includes the delivery of a care home within Springfield Village where he worked with an array of stakeholders, leading and coordinating the project. He has also worked on a development comprised of 103 flats and townhomes in Manchester, and he led the delivery of a multi-million pound residential and commercial development in Milton Keynes. Another project highlight includes having led the design and delivery of an award-winning 124-bed Apart hotel in Dalston, London.
When he isn’t busy designing to improve the built environment, Gustavo is a keen cyclist and runner, having finished several marathons and ultra-marathons. He also enjoys a good Nordic noir book and architectural photography.
