A wetland ecologist by training, Carly applies her understanding of natural systems and knowledge of environmental regulatory requirements to find practical and compliant options for working with natural features encountered by projects.
In her role as environmental director with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE), Carly focuses on leading improvements in how our Company manages environmental risks. This is completed in collaboration with business operating units, HSSE, Corporate Sustainability, Practice Services, and Leadership teams across the Company to minimize our environmental impact in our offices, on sites, and in our project work.
Outside of work, Carly enjoys watching the seasons change along the Bow River, reading science fiction, and traveling. She always enjoys exploring different environments—especially wetlands—and has recently started learning how to surf.
