With more than 40 years of experience in the transportation industry, Simon has expertise in the design and management of large and complex bridge and highway projects including design-build project delivery. He’s served as the project manager for rehabilitation, replacement, or new bridge design projects, as well as in-depth bridge inspection and evaluation programs for various department of transportations throughout the US.
Simon has worked on award-winning projects such as the I-95 Express Toll Lanes in Maryland, the Eastern Avenue/Kenilworth Avenue NE Interchange in DC, and marquee projects such as the I-895 Pocahontas Parkway in Virginia, the I-595 Express Toll Lanes public-private partnership in Florida, and the I-15 Design-Build in Utah.
