Andre brings extensive experience in the commercial, retail, and healthcare sectors, specializing in mechanical and holistic building services, to his role as a principal and building business leader in Victoria. From serving as a site engineer on a London high-rise to leading teams in revamping the iconic Puffing Billy Station, he’s worked on projects across Australia and the globe. He has a particular interest in sustainable design and enhancing energy efficiency in buildings, especially for existing facilities and new major projects that require expansion and modification of services.
As a leader, Andre aims to foster a strong, cohesive team culture and a workplace that’s fun. He values mentorship and getting to see young engineers grow as people and as professionals. With clients and stakeholders, he strives to bring a personable approach to engineering.
When he isn’t busy leading his latest project and mentoring others, Andre enjoys simulation racing and carpentry—he’s created furniture ranging from TV cabinets to walk-in wardrobes! He also loves spending time with his family and friends.
