With over two decades of experience in the Calgary and southern Alberta land development industry, Duncan is focused on optimizing strategic services and project delivery while enabling the growth of the Company. His background includes managing urban land development projects, creating engineering development and business strategies, and managing projects through their full lifecycle.
Duncan is committed to helping his clients thrive. He strives to exceed their expectations by overseeing every facet of a project, making sure it’s on schedule, within budget, and has the best possible outcomes. This includes oversight of pre-construction services, adherence and adoption of client and corporate health and safety protocols, design, planning, report preparation, and acquiring municipal approvals.
When he’s not bringing land development projects to life, Duncan enjoys downhill skiing and volunteering at his favorite charitable organizations.
