As a senior vice president, David drives corporate and global strategy and growth initiatives using knowledge of trends and best practices. A proven senior executive with more than 30 years of utility and infrastructure market experience, David has successfully provided leadership in both operational and corporate roles at a global level. He has driven business growth, managed operations and led large-scale consulting assignments and infrastructure delivery programmes.
David has created and led industry thinking, representing Stantec as a content expert on water strategy, and was instrumental in the publication of our Communities Futures document. David’s insights are strengthened by experience gained across several key operational roles, enabling conversations with our client communities. He also holds board director positions within our operating and joint venture companies.
David completed the University of Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership, and he has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Management College. He’s also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Programme and a Fellow of the UK’s Institution of Civil Engineers.
