Paul has extensive experience conducting marine and estuarine ecological monitoring and research including project design, field sampling, data collection, and laboratory analyses. As a senior scientist, he is responsible for both the planning and implementation of work in the laboratory and field, as well as the reporting and data analyses.
In his current position, Paul has been working as part of a team of environmental permitting specialists during initial design planning for the development of a new confined aquatic disposal at the Navy’s New London submarine base in Connecticut. The team is supporting the identification of state and federal permits, baseline studies, and construction monitoring requirements.
Away from work, Paul enjoys spending time outside with family, hiking, biking, and skiing.
