Nicole is a process engineer working in the planning, design, construction, and startup phases for various water, wastewater, and biosolids treatment systems. She is involved in Stantec's Research group where she supports water related research projects.
In her position, Nicole enjoys evaluating emerging technology through bench and pilot studies and using data to piece together a road map of solutions for the next ten to twenty years. She knows hands-on operation of pilot systems gives you invaluable insight for designing processes at the full-scale. Nicole is also experienced in master planning and conducting business case evaluations, particularly life-cycle cost comparisons for new and emerging technologies.
During her free time, Nicole works with a youth group and encourages them to pursue their skills and interests after high school. She also enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband and their young son.
