An engineering and operations leader, Benjamin has extensive experience delivering complex capital projects, managing high-performance technical teams, and optimizing mission-critical facilities across healthcare, life sciences, research, and manufacturing environments. He’s overseen multi-site operational planning, integrating new facilities with legacy infrastructure, and supporting compliance within good manufacturing practices (GMP)/international organization for standardization (ISO), clinical, and high-tech research settings.
With an eye for driving efficiency, mitigating risk, and achieving project goals, Benjamin delivers high-quality results in tightly regulated and technically demanding environments. He brings strategic leadership and the ability to guide organizations through large-scale transitions and infrastructure modernization to every project.
When he isn’t busy with engineering and operations efforts, Benjamin enjoys spending his time exploring the mountains and valleys of the West Coast.
